Founded by Neal and Yvonne Pirolo, authors of Serving as Senders among other books, this ministry states that:
“Our strategy is to assist a church MOBILIZE the cross-cultural "parts" of their Body; assist a church, mission agency or college TRAIN the cross-cultural team, both the GOERS and the SENDERS; and to NETWORK that church and team with a ministry asking for help."

“Twenty years on the mission field and a lifetime as an MK (missionaries’ kid) have prepared me well to speak, write and consult on MK and TCK (Third Culture Kid) issues…[M]y passion is to educate North American mission agencies and church groups about the uniqueness of the MK identity in order to equip them to care for their “multi-culturals” in a sensitive and knowledgeable way.”

Impacting the nations by strengthening missionaries and pastors in hosted oasis centers.
Life Impact was started by David and Sheri Grissen, long-term missionaries with The Navigators, in order to provide Missionary Care services to international workers in a hosted facility called an “Oasis”. During their 30 years of mission work leading teams of colleagues, and working through their own personal issues, they became convinced that they wanted to pass on their lessons – good, bad, and ugly – to younger missionaries.
Caring for Others
http://www.missionary-care.org/index.html
Our mission is to increase the effectiveness of missionaries and reduce their attrition rate. We do this by caring for the relational, emotional, and spiritual needs of Christian workers so they can spread the gospel of Jesus Christ as effectively as possible, to as many as possible, for as long as possible.
